Maya Angelou suggested, "The thing to do, it seems to me, is to prepare yourself so you can be a rainbow in somebody else's cloud. "  So I sing this song that I wrote to help remind me and those who might listen... How to see a rainbow in the clouds, to be a rainbow in the clouds.

Lyrics

Drops of rain Keep falling down

do they feel the pane will they reach the ground

Forecast for more     dark n gray    (I'm)

Trying  hard not to feel the same  way

Weather does it compromise?

When light strikes a prism inside

So look up to the skyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

See the rainbow in the clouds

Brilliant Colors pouring out

Be the Rainbow in the Clouds

lifting up  through uuuuu youuuuuu

If Rain drops were sisters and brothers

Would they try to take care of each other

When something’s ventured something’s gained

Simple kindness,  helps to ease the pain

Whether it’s a compromise

When light strikes a prism inside

So look up to the skyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

See the rainbow in the clouds

Brilliant Colors pouring out

Be the Rainbow in the Clouds

lifting up  through uuuuu youuuuuu

Up above ALL the storms - it’s a sunny day

Like a wide open smile through the sky

light will find a way   -- light will find a waaaay

See the rainbow in the clouds

Brilliant Colors pouring out

Be the Rainbow in the Clouds

lifting up  through uuuuu youuuuuu
