Bio
Dorothy taught preschool and kindergarten for over 30 years (and multiaged summer camps) writing songs along the way just to capture the adventures and feelings. After retiring from the classroom, Dorothy created a musical community TV show called "The Curious Giraffe Show" which earned First and Second Place awards in the Northeast in community access tv for Children and Youth Programming. She and her wife have 6 grandchildren and live in MA part of the year and in FL part of the year. For outdoor fun she loves to play pickleball, kayak, and simply witness the wonders of this planet. Social justice, environmental, and economic justice, and healing through music are her other interests.
