Over the past 25 years, author, speaker, and award-winning kid rocker Jim "Mr. Stinky Feet" Cosgrove has performed more than 4,500 high-energy shows throughout North America and Europe and twice at The White House Easter Egg Roll. His nine family albums have earned a dozen national parenting awards, and his songs and videos have been streamed more than nine million times. He is the author of three children’s books based on his popular songs Sullen Sally, Bop Bop Dinosaur, and Hark! It’s Harold the Angel (Ascend Books, 2020). His book Everybody Gets Stinky Feet is a collection of essays from his time as a parenting columnist for The Kansas City Star (Might Mo Productions, 2017). His true-crime memoir (for grown-ups) Ripple: A Long Strange Search For a Killer (Steerforth Press, 2022) was the most-requested nonfiction title for 2022 in the Kansas City (MO) and Johnson County (KS) Public Library systems. Cosgrove lives near Kansas City with his wife, Jeni, their two daughters, and a handsome rescued mutt.
