Mr. Evan V is a children's musician/entertainer renowned for his energetic ambiance and memorable rock tunes that have left positive impacts in the hearts and minds of children for the last 25+ years. To date, Mr. Evan V studied at the Musicians Institute and earned a BA in Jazz Performance from SUNY Purchase, which was done amid evolving his career in production, songwriting, and evidentially, teaching.
During this tenure, Mr. Evan V has been acclaimed for supporting sound design for several films, as well as for writing and producing the song ‘Era La Musica’ by Rebelde. Expanding into education, Mr. Evan V spent the next three decades working as an ongoing Performer and Music Instructor in the public and private spaces. Currently, Mr. Evan V's specializations range from guitar, vocals, ukulele, bass, and piano, and he has been avidly involved in the entertainment and event landscapes. Notably, Mr. Evan V has performed at The Apollo Theater, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Sugar Hill Children’s Museum of Art and Storytelling, and The Natural History Museum - to name a few, and supports high-profile corporate events/wedding services under Hank Lane Music, and Productions.
Mr. Evan V currently resides in NYC and teaches guitar at the United Nations International School. This is also in conjunction with supporting ongoing events, including singalongs for kids and parents, high-energy kids' concerts, and leading educational, multi-genre music classes. Overall, Mr. Evan V holds a strong reputation for developing customized music programs for childcare and community centers, values the bridging of challenge and fun, and every effort that he does rests on one cornerstone foundation – his passion for helping others advance through lively rock n’ roll experiences that are as fun as they are educative.
