For over 20 years, families across Canada have been singing and dancing along with Sonshine and Broccoli, the Juno-nominated duo from Toronto who know how important it is for children to have music they can call their own. Described as "brilliant performers whose music and energy are infectious" by Chris Kennedy of the Royal Ontario Museum, best friends Lisa Sonshine and Brock Burford have always made their fans feel like part of the family with their upbeat and interactive performances.

In 2019, Sonshine and Broccoli's 5th album, “It's Cool to Be Kind” was nominated for a Juno as Children's Album of the Year. They were also named Funky Kids Radio Artist of the Year in 2021 and won Best Children’s Song of the Year for "Spread Your Wings and Fly" in The USA Songwriting Competition. They again won the 2023 USA Songwriting Competition for their hit song, “Born to be Brave”.

Sonshine and Broccoli’s most notable performances have been performing at The Juno Awards for The Junior Juno’s, the NBA All Star Game in Toronto and opening for Big Wreck at The Barrie New Year’s Eve Downtown Countdown.

Sonshine and Broccoli are excited to bring their live performances back to the stage after releasing their sixth album along with a series of music videos.
