Spellodies is a family band based in Aotearoa New Zealand (from the Silver Scroll winning band Lips), consisting of Fen, Steph and their two sons. They write smart, funny songs for kids (that secretly turn them into stellar spellers!) Spellodies won the 2026 Tūī award for Best Children’s music artist as well as the 2024 APRA Best song for Primary Age kids for their song Because. They regularly perform their high energy set packed with catchy songs and comedy sketches in a variety of genres including rock, folk, country, pop, funk and more. Their show works well for kids aged 4-9 years but suitable for younger kids, with laughs and audience participation for the whole family.
