Virtual: October 3-10, 2021
“Together Tomorrow” – not yet! Our vision for 2021 was smiling faces, hugs, and harmonious singing with gusto. As Sylvester James Pussycat Sr would say, “Not so fast, not so fast!” Sadly, we will not be able to do it this year. The in-person in Chicago part would have been masked, distanced and uncertain at best. That’s not the experience we were all looking forward to!SO – we will gather together in October virtually! Building on the 2020 conference success, we will offer the already planned week of programming online from October 3-10. We've adjusted some workshop times to accommodate more events during the week, so check out our updated conference schedule.
Our CMN annual conference is now over 30 years old!! Every year it gets bigger and better, creating many opportunities for performers, educators, songwriters, librarians, and families—all those who love music for children—to gather. Together, we connect and reconnect and fill our hearts with laughter and song by sharing songs, ideas, resources and information.
This year's conference included workshops about performing, marketing, production, copyrights, education, movement and building developmental skills through music; song circles and song swaps; late night jam sessions and countless ways to forge new friends and musical collaborations.
We would like to be able to include everyone who wants to attend. If you need help, please use this form to let us know what would make the difference for you.
Looking forward to seeing you in 2021, #cannotwait!
