Covid Policy

We Are Monitoring

The conference planning team is monitoring the status of the virus regularly. Should any new risks arise, we will notify you immediately.

We hope that we can all gather safely in Scottsdale, but if a new variant comes on the scene or the status in Arizona becomes unsafe, we will pivot to an all-virtual conference and refund the difference in registration.

Your safety and the safety of our community is of the utmost importance. Ultimately, traveling is at your own risk and we trust you will comply with the following guidelines, so that our community can gather safely.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Alice Burba, Tim Seston or Jane Arsham.

Covid Vaccinations Required

In consideration for the well-being of all who choose to attend in Scottsdale, at least 2 Covid vaccination shots will be required (image of card uploaded with registration).

Everyone will be required to test 48 hours before arriving and present negative results at check-in (a photo of a home test is acceptable).

Masking while singing and at the keynote will be required. It will be optional at other times.

We will do our best to communicate any changes to this policy.

What if I develop symptoms?

Should you develop symptoms right before the conference, please remain home and attend virtually. We will refund the difference in registration.

If you develop symptoms after arriving in Scottsdale, you will be required to isolate in your room.

We will work with the Casa Staff to see about local PCR testing and connecting you to any medical resources you may need.

You will be responsible for making arrangements for accommodations until you can safely travel.

The Casa Standards

The Casa follows CDC guidelines and meticulously sanitizes all areas, guest rooms and especially high-touch points.

The Conference facility is a new building and has excellent ventilation.

In alignment with Arizona guidelines, masking indoors is optional at The Casa. Because singing presents greater risk of viral transmission, we ask everyone to mask while singing. We will also require masking during our keynote presentation.
